Job summary

AIA Shared Services is seeking a proactive recruitment professional to drive agency network development within the Marketing, Distribution & Partnership team. You’ll help attract, select and onboard agents, shaping compensation packages and onboarding experiences.

You will also build and maintain an agency performance evaluation framework and collaborate with channel management and training teams to establish a scalable development framework.
