Job summary

MAESTRO HOLDINGS is seeking an HR Generalist to support payroll, ER cases, and employee relations in our Makati office at Ayala. You will execute HR plans, ensure tasks run smoothly, and maintain compliance with company policies while aligning with client needs.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of general HR experience, a 4-year degree, and strong Excel skills for reporting. You will interact with stakeholders, uphold integrity, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year related course.
• Willing to work in Ayala, Makati.
• At least 2 years of experience in general HR.
• Familiarity with HR general practices & policies, client handling, and ER cases.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas and reporting.
• Oral and Written, skill-ready on MS Office Applications.
• Focus on Details, patience, honesty, and Integrity.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks and HR plans. Ensure smooth operation of every task.
• Prioritize and manage tasks based on urgency.
• Suggest HR process improvements based on client needs.
• Blend in with client culture and values, build rapport.
• Enforce company policy with clarity, firmly and fairly.
• Handle ER cases and concerns; ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Provide reports required by the client.
• Ensure correct recording of working hours, overtime, business trips, and leaves.
• Prepare data for payroll endorsement to the payroll specialist.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• - Suggest HR process improvements based on the client's needs.
• - Blending in with the client's culture and values, understanding them, and using their ways to bridge gaps and ultimately build rapport.
• - Enforce company policy with clarity, firmly, and fairly, to encourage compliance and discipline within the organization.
• - Properly handle ER cases and other concerns, ensuring compliance with the code of employee discipline and other applicable guidelines.
• - Report/s required by the client
• - Ensure correct accounting of employees' working hours. Including but not limited to approved overtime, official business, and employee leaves in compliance with the payroll policy and all applicable laws.
• - Make sure that all needed information/data are complete before the actual endorsement of payroll advice to the payroll specialist.
