Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an analytic BI professional to deliver recurring HR and Workforce Optimisation reports for the EMEAA region. You will translate business questions into clear insights, validate data against KPI frameworks, and mentor analysts while collaborating with BI and data teams to resolve issues.

With a focus on governance, data usability, and storytelling, you will help connect performance measures across departments and contribute to stronger decision-making.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in BI or reporting with independent ownership of reports.
• Experience in HR / Workforce Optimisation Analytics is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS/Analytics/CS/Statistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recurring reports and analyses that support HR and Workforce Optimisation decisions in the EMEAA region.
• Translate business questions into actionable insight with clear metrics, trends, and context.
• Validate data and ensure outputs align with KPI frameworks, governance, and usability.
• Drive innovation by leveraging data to generate richer insights and cross‑measure connections.
• Identify enhancements in reporting workflows, data structures, and semantic layer alignment.
• Mentor analysts and collaborate across BI and data teams to resolve issues and clarify requirements.
• Develop business acumen by understanding how teams interpret and act on performance data.
