Job summary

InterContinental 62s Group plc seeks a data analytics professional to drive analytics on the IHG One Rewards program. You will own end-to-end modeling projects, engineer features, and apply rigorous evaluation methods to deliver actionable insights.

You will support A/B testing and translate findings into business-ready summaries for stakeholders. Collaboration across teams and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python for analytics and model development.
• Experience with supervised ML techniques and evaluation metrics.
• Familiarity with cloud ML workflows and code reproducibility.
• Proficiency in communicating analytical results to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong business knowledge of IHG One Rewards program.
• Execute small to mid-sized modeling or analytics projects end-to-end with light oversight.
• Apply feature engineering and model evaluation best practices.
• Support A/B test setup and results analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Prepare clear, business-ready summaries of analytical findings.
• Other job duties as assigned based on focus of the role.
