Job summary

Multiplex Metals, Inc. in General Trias, Cavite is hiring an HR Generalist to oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance tasks. The role requires maintaining confidential employee records, monitoring attendance, and ensuring accuracy in HR processes.

The successful candidate will handle government contributions, 13th-month pay, COEs, and disciplinary matters, while supporting events and procurement activities. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in core HR functions.
• Must know how to use Microsoft Excel.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and willing to learn.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and daily manpower status.
• Prepare and process payroll weekly and monthly.
• Handle government contributions and loan remittances (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth).
• Manage 13th-month pay tracking, final pay computation, and COE issuance.
• Enforce Company Code of Discipline and address employee concerns.
• Prepare and issue memos and show-cause letters.
• Plan and execute company events.
• Handle office supplies, procurement, and maintenance logs for assets.
