Job summary

JG Superstore is hiring a Human Resources Administrator to support onboarding/offboarding, maintain employee records, and prepare HR documentation. The role is on-site in Greenhills, San Juan City, Metro Manila, working Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant Bachelor's degree and has experience in HR admin, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace. Government-mandated benefits and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in HR administration is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic HR processes and documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize employee records and HR documents.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence.
