Job summary

The New Albergus Inc. (Albergus Catering) is seeking an HR & Admin Supervisor to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administrative operations in Quezon City. This onsite role requires strong leadership and a proactive approach to people management.

You will manage recruitment, payroll, benefits, and regulatory compliance while guiding HR policy development and staff development initiatives. Experience in food service/hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding.
• Supervise payroll processing, timekeeping, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee HR documentation, employee records, administrative functions, and HR reporting.
• Implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and organizational development.

Responsibilities
