We Hope Medical Group in CAM NORTE Chemotherapy Center is seeking an experienced HR/Admin Staff to support HR and admin functions on a full-time basis. The role focuses on maintaining personnel records, payroll assistance, onboarding, and policy documentation.

You will work with senior management, ensuring compliance with Philippine employment laws and regulations, data protection, and smooth day-to-day operations across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of HR or admin experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Knowledge of HR practices, payroll, and employment regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software; strong communication.

Aufgaben

• Manage employee records and confidential files.
• Support recruitment: postings, screening, interview coordination, onboarding.
• Assist payroll administration and benefits processing.
• Coordinate induction programs and staff training.
• Handle employee relations, attendance, leave, and HR inquiries.
• Maintain HR policies and procedures documentation.
• Organize meetings, events, and administrative schedules.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Prepare HR reports and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies.
• Process and renew clinic permits and licenses (e.g. DOH, BIR, PhilHealth).
• Coordinate with government agencies for inspections.
