We Hope Medical Group seeks an experienced Clinic Manager for the CAM NORTE Chemotherapy Center in Daet, Camarines Norte. This full-time role oversees all operational, administrative, and clinical aspects to ensure excellent patient care and efficient business operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of healthcare clinic management experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to improve workflow, staff performance, and financial results.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Must reside in DAET CAMARINES NORTE or be willing to relocate.
• 2-3 years of managerial experience in a healthcare clinic.
• Proven track record of successfully managing clinic operations, staff, and finances with measurable results.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient experience across departments.
• Manage clinic staff: recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management, and development to build a high-performing team.
• Monitor financial performance including budgeting, revenue generation, and expense control for branch profitability.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, QA protocols, and policies.
• Implement clinical governance, patient safety, and infection control procedures.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow and reduce wait times.
• Develop and execute marketing and community engagement strategies to boost patient acquisition and brand awareness.
• Prepare regular reports on clinic performance and financial results for senior management.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and community stakeholders.
