Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process HR transactions including new hires, employment data changes, terminations/retirements, earnings and deductions, leave, attendance, and other HR administrative transactions.
• Resolve employee concerns related to HR administration, wage statements, benefits, unemployment claims, and other HR processes.
• Communicate resolutions clearly through telephone or e-mail while ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
• Identify trends and high-volume inquiries that may indicate corporate-wide issues and elevate them to management.
• Provide accurate and balanced responses to employee requests in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain service level agreements and ensure transactions are completed within required turnaround times.
