Job summary

INFOSYS BPM LIMITED Philippine Branch is seeking an HR Helpdesk Associate in Taguig to be the first contact for employee HR inquiries, delivering excellent service across payroll, benefits, policies, and records.

You will respond via phone, email, chat or tickets, maintain accurate data, process updates, ensure policy compliance, and escalate complex issues to HR specialists while meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years HR Shared Services, HR Helpdesk, Customer Service, or HR Operations experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with HRIS, ticketing systems, or case management tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
• Provide guidance on payroll, benefits, leave, and HR policies.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and employee records.
• Process employee data updates and HR transactions.
• Escalate complex issues to HR specialists and leaders as required.
• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the HR service delivery team.
