Qualifications

• 14-18 years in technology, with 6+ years leading engineering, architecture or solution delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HWC HQ technology function for IGS, RIC and Marketing with a clear operating model and intake route.
• Size, recruit and lead the team across time zones, integrating existing support resources.
• Review architectures and make build/buy/reuse decisions while enforcing standards.
• Drive AI delivery and adoption across the businesses with governed platforms and cost tracking.
• Ensure all solutions pass InfoSec, security, privacy and Responsible AI reviews.
• Manage cloud subscriptions, environments and cost attribution by initiative and business.
