Job summary

WTW seeks an HWC HQ Technology Lead to own technology delivery for IGS, RIC and Marketing within Health Wealth and Career. You will build the tech function, shape architectures, review designs, and lead AI-enabled transformations across multiple businesses.

You will manage cloud environments, cost, and governance, while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to evolve offerings and ways of working in a fast-growing organization. Hybrid work model supported.

Qualifications

• 14-18 years in technology and leadership experience.
• Hands-on software engineering or data engineering background.
• Product mindset and leadership capability.
• Demonstrable AI fluency with production delivery and cost/risk awareness.
• Strong Microsoft Azure experience across cloud architecture, identity and security.
• History of standing up new teams or functions.
• Experience translating business needs for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the HWC HQ technology function for IGS, RIC and Marketing.
• Lead AI delivery and governance across businesses, hosting and platform choices.
• Review architectures, ensure standards, and unblock delivery.
• Manage cloud subscriptions, environments, and cost attribution.
• Partner with senior business leaders to translate strategy into delivery.
• Lead distributed engineering and AI teams across time zones.
