Job summary

Lhoopa Inc. in Manila is seeking a strategic analyst to turn unclear business questions into actionable insights, supporting growth, new opportunities, fundraising and investor reporting.

You will build financial models, present clear recommendations to leadership, and own cross‑functional projects end-to-end in a fast‑growing company. This role requires 2–5 years of analytical experience, strong Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides skills, and the ability to distill complex information

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate planning, strategic finance, corporate development, product, investments or analytically demanding roles.
• Ability to break down undefined problems and turn information into a recommendation.

About the role

You'll take an unclear business problem, make sense of it, build the analysis behind it and help turn the decision into action. You'll work on some of the company's most important questions—from growth and new business opportunities to fundraising, investor reporting and cross‑functional strategic projects. Because Lhoopa is a growing company, you'll get unusually close to both the thinking and the execution.

Key responsibilities

• Break ambiguous business questions into clear hypotheses and analyses
• Research markets, competitors and opportunities
• Build financial models, scenarios and business cases
• Turn analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership
• Support fundraising, investor reporting and due diligence
• Create leadership and investor presentations that tell a clear story
• Run priority cross‑functional projects, including milestones, dependencies and risks
• Follow the work through rather than stopping once the recommendation has been made

About you

• Around 2–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate planning, strategic finance, corporate development, product, investments or another analytically demanding environment
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems that weren't neatly defined
• Experience building financial models or business cases yourself
• Ability to turn complex information into a recommendation someone could actually make a decision from
• Track record of owning work rather than waiting for someone to tell you every next step
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills
• Experience with fundraising, investor relations, due diligence, think-cell or high‑growth companies would be useful
