Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet hotel standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Train, guide, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance and service quality.
• Inspect rooms, common areas, furniture, and fixtures; recommend repairs or replacements when necessary.
• Manage staff schedules, arrange replacements during absences, and monitor overtime.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and equipment; ensure timely ordering and proper usage.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, ensuring immediate resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Administer lost and found procedures and maintain accurate housekeeping records.
• Conduct regular deep cleaning programs for public areas including lobbies, restrooms, and function rooms.
• Collaborate with other departments (Engineering, Front Office, Butlers) for room maintenance and service coordination.
• Participate in meetings, briefings, and training sessions; prepare and submit reports as required.
