The role emphasizes up-selling and delivering exceptional guest service. Ideal candidates have a Hospitality Management background, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Opera PMS.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.
• Minimum of 1 year of reservations experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, service‑oriented, detail‑driven.
• Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office suite.

Job Description

• Answers phone calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding room availability and rates, processes room bookings—including reservations, cancellations, and modifications—and ensures that records are accurately encoded in the property management system.
• Maintains an efficient filing system of all guest correspondence and relevant documents, contracts, and assists with required daily reports.
• Implements revenue management selling strategies such as upselling, recommendation of hotel facilities, and restrictions for each property, and ensures accuracy for all bookings of arrivals.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in Hospitality Management or any related field is an asset.
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in reservations is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, service‑oriented, and a keen sense of detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft applications and Opera property management software.
