- Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software

- Adept at costing, inventory, P/L reports, making budget

Job Description
Objectives
Responsible for promoting and selling the hotels event services to prospective clients. This role includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their event requirements, and ensuring a smooth sales process. In addition, as a Hotel Supervisor, the incumbent ensures an exceptional guest experience by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Key responsibilities include handling guest inquiries and complaints, monitoring service quality, assisting staff during peak hours, validating transactions, and maintaining cleanliness and convenience in guest areas.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored event solutions that meet their objectives.
- Conduct presentations and site visits to showcase event facilities and services.
- Prepare and present detailed event proposals and cost estimates to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure bookings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Carry out other related tasks requested by management as the need arises.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor the performance of the Guest Service Team and Flavor Box Cashiers in areas such as greetings, food suggestive selling, and upselling to ensure excellent service.
- Validate room and food transactions as part of the hotels fraud prevention measures.
- Ensure accuracy and proper documentation of all guest-related financial transactions.
- Ensure the hotel lobby, restaurant, and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and convenient for guests and customers.
- Provide support to the Guest Service Team and Cashier during high-volume periods to prevent delays and guest dissatisfaction.
- Provide constructive feedback to management and officers to enhance service quality.
- Carry out other related tasks requested by management as the need arises.
