Job summary

IT AVENUE GENERAL MERCHANDISE in the Philippines is hiring for hospitality roles requiring a high school graduate with at least 1 year in hotel operations, front desk, or housekeeping. Preference for TESDA NC II or equivalent and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• TESDA Housekeeping NC II, Front Office Services NC II, or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of hotel operations, housekeeping procedures, sanitation practices, and guest service standards
• Ability to perform front desk duties, guest assistance, room preparation, and inventory monitoring
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with reservation or booking systems is an advantage
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
