Job summary

Responsibilities

• Make beds and change bed linens, wash and sanitize bathrooms, and vacuum or mop floors.
• Refill toiletries, towels, and minibar items, and maintain a fully stocked cleaning cart.
• Inspect rooms and common areas for damage, broken fixtures, or safety issues and report them to maintenance.
• Sweep, dust, and tidy corridors, lobbies, and public restrooms.
• Greet visitors politely, answer basic inquiries, and respect guest privacy.
