Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (College level, Vocational, or Hospitality-related courses preferred)
• At least one (1) year of experience in hotel operations, front desk services, housekeeping, customer service, or related hospitality roles
• TESDA Housekeeping NC II, Front Office Services NC II, or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of hotel operations, housekeeping procedures, sanitation practices, and guest service standards
• Ability to perform front desk duties, guest assistance, room preparation, and inventory monitoring
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with reservation or booking systems is an advantage
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and handle check-in, check-out, reservations, and inquiries
• Clean, prepare, and maintain guest rooms and hotel facilities according to company standards
• Assist guests with requests, concerns, and service needs while ensuring excellent customer experience
• Inspect rooms and facilities, report maintenance issues, and monitor housekeeping supplies
• Follow hotel policies, safety regulations, and sanitation standards
• Coordinate with team members to support daily hotel operations and guest satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations and service excellence
