You will identify leads, prepare proposals, and conduct site inspections, while tracking market trends and maintaining sales reports to support revenue targets and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing client relationships and maximizing account potential.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to resolve inquiries and concerns.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build a sales pipeline to close deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
• Experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain key client accounts including corporate, travel, and group segments.
• Prepare proposals and contracts for new and renewal business.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to secure bookings and repeat business.
• Identify and qualify leads; coordinate site inspections when needed.
• Participate in sales calls and events; coordinate with operations and front office.
• Monitor market trends and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
• Contribute to sales strategies to support revenue targets and brand visibility.
