Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a customer service professional to handle inbound inquiries about hotel reservations and accommodations. You will assist guests with new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and rebookings, ensuring accurate information on availability, amenities, rates, promotions, and policies.

Role focuses on efficient processing of reservations, documenting interactions, and escalating complex issues when needed, all while meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
