Jackson and Ching Builders Development Corporation is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff across departments, and ensure guest satisfaction at our Leyte properties.

The role demands strong leadership, revenue management, and a guest-centric mindset. You will manage reservations, budgeting, policy enforcement, supplier relations, and implement marketing strategies, with 5–6 months of training and potential relocation within Leyte (Ormoc, Palo, Baybay).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Several years of hospitality experience, preferably in supervisory or managerial roles.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations, guest service, and revenue management.
• Must be willing to relocate, stay in, and assigned in different branches within Leyte (Ormoc, Palo, Baybay).
• Must be willing to be trained for 5 to 6 months duration.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the hotel.
• Managing and supervising staff across various departments, including housekeeping, front desk, and food and beverage.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and promptly addressing any issues or complaints.
• Handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
• Managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue through effective pricing strategies.
• Implementing and enforcing hotel policies and procedures to maintain safety and security standards.
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local authorities.
• Developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to attract guests and increase occupancy rates.
• Analyzing financial and operational reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve hotel operations and guest experiences.
