Job summary

Cevio Hotel Corporation seeks a seasoned hotel operations leader to oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Security, and Guest Services across a 4- or 5-star property. The candidate will drive service excellence, SOP adherence, and KPI-driven improvements while managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in a related field, 5–8 years of ops experience, and proven team leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field; master's preferred.
5–8 years in hotel operations with 3+ years in management in 4- or 5-star hotels.
Experience overseeing Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Security, and Guest Services.
Strong knowledge of SOPs, service excellence, QA, and compliance standards.
Experience budgeting, cost control, revenue optimization, inventory, and financial reporting.
Understanding of DOLE regulations, OSHS, food safety, and local compliance.
PMS, POS, MS Office (Excel), and hotel software proficiency.
Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams with guest-focused service.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
Strong KPIs interpretation and continuous improvement mindset.
Capable of handling guest concerns and emergencies professionally; flexible schedule.
Maintains professional appearance and integrity.
