Job summary

The Cevio Hotel Corporation is seeking a Hotel Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities include inspecting guest rooms and public areas, assigning tasks, training staff on cleaning protocols and safety, and monitoring supplies while coordinating replenishment and reporting equipment maintenance needs. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong leadership, eye for detail, and good communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods, and lift heavy linen/equipment as needed.
• Residing in Tacloban or nearby areas.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and employee spaces to ensure cleaning standards meet hotel policy.
• Assign daily tasks, schedule staff, and train housekeeping staff on proper cleaning protocols, safety, and equipment usage.
• Monitor cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities; order replenishment and report equipment maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or complaints regarding room cleanliness.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all areas.
