Job summary

Wright Park Hotel in Baguio is seeking a dedicated Company Nurse to support Health, Safety and Transportation initiatives and promote wellness among staff and guests in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will provide medical care, handle emergencies, and coordinate with providers while maintaining confidentiality and health standards. Must be a licensed RN with occupational health certification and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse (RN) with a valid license.
• Certified Occupational Health nurse certification preferred.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Experience in emergency care or occupational health is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical assistance and first aid to employees and guests.
• Administer over-the-counter medication and basic treatments.
• Counsel employees on medical concerns as needed.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable sick bay area.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
• Assist in health and safety programs and disaster planning.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical records.
• Liaise with local hospitals for patient transfers.
• Coordinate pre-employment medical exams and healthcare provider matters.
• Act as custodian of the hotel clinic and equipment.
