Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid treatment and medical assistance to employees and guests as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records of employees and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Conduct health and wellness programs, such as vaccination drives and health check-ups.
• Monitor and report any workplace hazards that may affect employee health.
• Assist in processing employee medical-related benefits such as SSS sickness claims.
• Guest Health & Medical Assistance: Must be a licensed nurse (RN) in the Philippines. At least 1 year of experience as a company nurse, private nurse, or in a similar role. Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle medical emergencies and provide immediate care. Willing to travel to Manila as needed for medical appointments. Willing to accompany guests to nearby medical facilities when required. Preferably based in or willing to relocate to Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro. Full-time position with flexible scheduling depending on operational needs. Travel expenses to Manila will be covered by the company when accompanying the resort owner.
