Job summary

PARADIGMA INTERNATIONAL INC. is seeking a proactive Hotel Nurse to lead guest and employee wellness, ensure medical readiness, and provide high-level care in a luxury hotel setting in Manila.

You will coordinate with external providers, oversee occupational health programs, and manage health logs while supporting safety initiatives. Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience.
• Background in emergency care, occupational health, or hospitality nursing is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Tagalog required.
• Ability to speak basic Mandarin or Hokkien is a major plus.
• Calm under pressure, highly observant, customer-service oriented, and discrete.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate nursing assessment, first aid, and emergency medical response for hotel guests and team members.
• Act as the primary contact for external medical providers, local clinics, and emergency services when higher-level care is required.
• Oversee the hotel's occupational health programs, maintain first-aid stations, manage medical inventory, and lead regular health inspections.
• Conduct routine health screenings for staff, manage fit-to-work certifications, and provide sound health advice to ensure a safe workplace.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical logs and assist HR/Safety committees with incident reporting and preventative care strategies.
