Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.

With at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in hotel or hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, guest services, and facilities management.

Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Proven ability to manage staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure high standards of guest satisfaction.

Knowledge of budgeting, revenue management, cost control, and operational planning.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.
