Job summary

Michigan Solutions in Boracay is seeking an HR and Admin Supervisor to balance employee management with operational support, ensuring smooth staffing and compliance with labor laws. The role supports guest satisfaction through well-managed, motivated staff in a hospitality setting.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Psychology (or equivalent), 3–5 years in related work, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Psychology or similar field.
• 3–5 years of related work experience in hospitality.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• High integrity and adherence to controls.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and onboard staff for front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other service areas.
• Ensure candidates meet technical skills and guest-oriented behavior requirements.
• Act as mediator for conflicts among staff.
• Maintain high morale and reduce turnover in hospitality.
• Draft contracts, manage benefits, and ensure adherence to DOLE regulations (e.g., 13th month pay, holiday pay).
• Handle audits and maintain accurate HR records.
• Manage office supplies, facilities, and coordinate with Finance for payroll and vendor payments.
• Support operational departments with scheduling and manpower allocation.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks and reports as assigned by Management.
