Job summary

Accor invites a seasoned General Manager to lead a premium hotel’s pre-opening operations, drive guest experience, and optimize profitability from day one. You will shape a performance-driven culture, align with owners, guests, and employees, and collaborate across rooms, sales, marketing, digital channels, e-commerce, and F&B to meet business objectives.

The role requires at least 3 years as a GM in premium or midscale hotels, strong inspirational leadership, and fluency in English;

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GM experience in a premium or midscale hotel.
• Able to drive a dynamic, enabling and collaborative leadership style.
• Strong knowledge in rooms, sales & marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, and F&B.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel’s pre-opening operations.
• Ensure profit optimization and superior guest experience.
