Job summary

DoubleDragon Properties Corp. is seeking a Revenue Management professional in Cebu City to support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to the GM and CFO.

You will monitor rates and performance, assist the Sales team with reporting, and manage CMS across B2C and B2B channels, while leveraging SiteMinder, OTA platforms, and Opera PMS to optimize revenue. The role requires 1 year in hotel reservations or e-commerce, a hospitality degree, strong customer service, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Hotel Industry focusing on Reservations or E-Commerce/Distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, hotel management or equivalent.
• Strong customer service background.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of CMS, Opera and related revenue/reservation tools.

Responsibilities

• Support E- Commerce/Revenue team with daily, weekly and monthly reports to GM & CFO.
• Monitor rates, analyze revenue performance and propose optimizations.
• Assist Sales with reports for weekly and monthly meetings.
• Manage CMS: rates and allocations for B2C & B2B channels.
• Handle back-end analytics and reporting (SiteMinder, OTAs, Google, CMS, Hotel App).
• Provide expertise on OTA/B2B best practices and partner relations.
• Conduct CMS/website audits and assist digital campaigns.
