Job summary

B Coffee PH, a modern coffee brand specializing in capsules and machines, seeks a Hotel Sales Officer to identify and nurture hotel accounts, present solutions, and maintain relationships with decision-makers in hospitality.

You will prospect new hotel partners, conduct sales calls and meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, coordinate demonstrations, track performance, and collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure onboarding and ongoing support. Hybrid work in Pasig area.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and account management for hospitality or related industries.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building focus for long-term satisfaction.
• Organizational and time-management ability in a hybrid work setup.
• Basic business and marketing understanding to interpret sales data.
• Familiarity with productivity tools, CRM, email, spreadsheets, and online meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and nurture hotel accounts, presenting B Coffee PH products and solutions.
• Prospect new hotel partners, conduct sales calls and meetings.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, coordinate product demos or tastings.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to onboard hotel clients.
• Travel within Pasig and nearby areas for client visits and events.
