Job summary

Kabayan Hotel - The Legend Hotels International Corporation in Pasay City is seeking a Sales Head to lead the hotel's sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand the client base. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage key accounts, and guide the sales team in promoting rooms, facilities, and services.

The role requires strong leadership, targeting corporate accounts, travel agencies, and groups, with proven success in achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in hotel/hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with revenue goals.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through corporate accounts, agencies, gov't accounts, groups.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners across travel sectors.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for management.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B, Events, Finance for seamless delivery.
