Job summary

Okada Manila is seeking a Finance professional to join its Revenue and Accounting team. The role focuses on accurate revenue reporting, journal entries, reconciliations and VAT compliance for the property.

The successful candidate will prepare daily revenue reports, coordinate with auditors, and ensure balances are correctly recorded across PMS/POS and relevant systems, while adhering to internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate Daily Revenue Report and related disclosures per guidelines.
• Organize daily/monthly journal entries to recognize revenues correctly.
• Perform reconciliations and adjusting entries to ensure balances are accurate.
• Prepare and issue daily audit findings; coordinate deviations with Non-Gaming Audit.
• Follow up on open audit findings and recommend actions.
• Maintain audited reports and VAT schedules in line with regulations.
• Support monthly balance sheet reconciliations and adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate with managers on tax and accounting issues.
