Klaviyo is seeking an Industry Advisor to accelerate its hospitality market expansion. You will work with sales and product teams to shape deals, translate platform value for executives, and feed market insights back into product strategy.

The role demands deep hospitality marketing experience and a proven ability to communicate complex ROI to CMOs and CEOs. You will influence GTM motions, collaborate across functions, and help create scalable playbooks that drive pipeline and revenue in Hotels,

Qualifications

7-10+ years of hospitality marketing experience
Experience advising executive stakeholders (CMO, CDO, CEO)
Ability to translate platform capabilities into business outcomes

Responsibilities

Executive Advisory & Verticalized Deal Support: advance hospitality opportunities with vertical positioning and real-world use cases.
Value Consulting & Executive Translation: translate platform value into business outcomes for decision-makers and build business cases.
Thought Leadership, Field Intelligence & Product Feedback: synthesize customer insights into actionable guidance for sales, Partnerships and Product teams.
Own Hospitality Field Intelligence: produce a recurring memo with needs and gaps for Product, Marketing and Customer Success.
