Namin Resort in Taguig, Metro Manila, is seeking a cost controller to implement and maintain control systems for sales and costs within the hotel. The role supervises Receiving and Storage Department accounts and assists the Food and Beverage Manager with pricing and menu planning.

The candidate will analyze supply, demand, and prices, assess local events affecting materials, and develop purchasing policies and procedures for minimum costs. Strong cost accounting background is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of cost accounting.
• Trained in computer accounting.
• Fair English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate expense figures for Department Heads.
• Record and account for administrative and operating costs.
• Record sundry and consumable purchases accurately.
• Provide daily cost of sundry items issued to departments.
• Monitor stock movement input into the system on a cost basis.
• Analyze food and beverage costs weekly.
• Prepare stock sheets and schedules for regular stock takes.
• Invoices and statements approved for purchase prices.
• Research costs for menus, kits, stationery, brochures, etc.
• Ensure sufficient supply of stationery for operations.
