Job summary

Okada Manila is seeking a Captain to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean service area, taking and processing orders, serving beverages, and addressing guest inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage bar operations, upsell menu items, handle payments, and work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate service and deliver an exceptional dining experience. A hospitality background and flexibility are valued.

Qualifications

• At least a Senior High School graduate.
• 1 year of experience in a related industry preferred.
• Hospitality or food & beverage experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the outlet's cleanliness and organized service area to ensure prompt service.
• Take and process guest orders accurately, handle payments, and address inquiries.
• Promote and upsell menu items and beverages to maximize revenue.
• Manage bar operations, inventories, and equipment to ensure smooth service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless dining experiences for guests.
• Attend to guest needs throughout the meal and reset tables as required.
