Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in the same position in an Integrated Resort/5-star or international property.
• Good oral and written fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the outlet’s cleanliness and orderliness.
• Handles guest inquiries and reservations.
• Promotes and upsells menu items and beverages.
• Processes guest payments accurately.
• Manages bar operations and performs daily inventories.
• Prepares a variety of beverages.
• Attends to guest needs and concerns during meals.
• Resets tables efficiently.
• Works effectively with kitchen staff and management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
