Job summary

Optimus Executive Search Solutions is seeking an Account Manager with a hotel/hospitality background for a client in Makati. The role focuses on developing and expanding partnerships with hotels and restaurants, promoting premium products such as steaks and wines.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of sales or client-facing experience in hospitality, a strong network within the HORECA sector, and excellent communication and negotiation skills for field-based work in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years minimum in sales or client-facing roles, preferably in hotels, restaurants, or food service.
• Strong network within the hospitality (HORECA) industry is highly preferred.
• Experience selling premium products (meats, wines, specialty foods) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, and key accounts in the hospitality industry.
• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base.
• Promote and sell premium food products, including steaks and wines.
• Conduct product presentations, tastings, and client meetings to showcase offerings.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and business development.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
