Job summary

Central Luzon Doctors' Hospital is seeking an experienced IT/MIS leader to manage the hospital’s IT operations, systems, and infrastructure. You will develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and supervise a dedicated MIS/IT team.

You will ensure the security, reliability, and performance of HIS, EMR/EHR, ERP, and related systems while coordinating with clinical and administrative units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• Preferably with a Master’s degree or IT management certifications.
• At least 5 years of relevant IT/MIS experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare settings is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HIS, EMR/EHR, ERP, databases, networking, servers, and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT/MIS operations, infrastructure, networks, servers, databases, and applications.
• Develop IT strategies, policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure availability, security, and performance of information systems and IT infrastructure.
• Lead MIS/IT team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and develop staff.
• Coordinate with departments to identify system requirements and propose tech solutions.
• Manage IT vendors, licenses, equipment, and contracts.
• Prepare and monitor the department’s IT budget and investments.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and information security requirements.
• Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, assets, incidents, and procedures.
• Provide regular reports on system performance, projects, and risks.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve operations and service delivery.
