You will lead strategic planning, quality management, and staff development, ensuring compliance with government standards while coordinating with department heads and hospital committees to drive improvements and maintain high service levels.

Strong communication and people skills are essential to succeed in this supervisory role.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hospital supervisory/managerial experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• ISO/Quality Management knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to interact with customers and demonstrate people skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process licensing and accreditation requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads for data and information.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance and accreditation standards.
• Update hospital committees with relevant reports.
• Secure and renew licenses, permits, and health certificates.
• Conduct performance appraisals and support promotions/demotions.
• Review leave, schedules, and administrative documents.
• Participate in panel interviews and hiring processes.
• Develop strategic plans and KPIs for the Administrative Department.
• Identify training needs and formulate annual training plans.
