Job summary

Chinabank is hiring a Sales Officer for Home Loans in Manila to grow our developer-referred housing loan portfolio. You will build partnerships with accredited real estate developers and guide homebuyers through financing options, delivering outstanding customer service and meeting growth targets.

You will present loan solutions, review documentation, and coordinate processing with clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure timely booking and release of loans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics or management.
• 2–3 years in mortgage/home financing or related banking functions.
• Experience handling developer-referred housing loan accounts is preferred.
• Strong sales, relationship-building and account management abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with accredited real estate developers to generate referrals.
• Source qualified housing loan clients through developer partnerships and related channels.
• Conduct loan presentations and educate clients on home loan products and options.
• Evaluate loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients, developers and internal units to process approvals, booking and release.
• Monitor endorsed accounts and address documentation or processing issues.
• Achieve assigned sales, booking and portfolio growth targets.
• Participate in property launches, developer events and business development activities.
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare sales pipelines and management reports.
