Job summary

Chinabank is seeking a Team Head – Developer to lead our developer channel within the Real Estate Loan Sales & Marketing Division. You will drive housing loan production, grow partnerships with top developers, and lead a team of sales professionals delivering excellent customer and partner experiences.

You will expand the mortgage portfolio, identify new business opportunities, coach Account Officers, and ensure compliant, efficient loan processing across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• At least 8 years of experience in mortgage financing, housing loans, real estate sales, or related banking functions.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Proven track record in business development, sales generation, and portfolio growth.
• Strong relationships within the real estate, property development, or mortgage financing industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of housing loan products, mortgage processes, and lending operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Account Officers and support staff to achieve housing loan production targets.
• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for the developer channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and other referral partners.
• Expand the Bank's developer network and identify new business opportunities.
• Drive mortgage loan booking growth while maintaining portfolio quality.
• Monitor sales pipelines, loan application volumes, approval rates, and booking performance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize productivity and performance.
• Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Branch Banking, and other business units to ensure efficient loan processing.
• Represent the Bank in developer launches, property exhibitions, industry events, and strategic partnership initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies, credit guidelines, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
