Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of voice customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with empathy and a positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and able to work with multiple applications.
• Strong problem-solving, listening and attention to detail.

• Conduct strategic outbound calls to assess home lending needs and promote financial products.
• Manage and prioritize leads across multiple campaigns for maximum engagement.
• Perform initial assessments and pre-screen customers for lending solutions.
• Facilitate warm transfers to Home Lending Advisors for application completion.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Communicate in real time to support customer and team needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Adhere to call monitoring and scorecard performance standards.
• Navigate advanced computer systems to support the lending process.
• Provide helpful, empathetic, positive customer interactions.
