Responsabilités

• Vectorize, redraw, and clean up artwork into production-ready files.
• Modify customer artwork to meet minimum requirements for various products.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Artist specializing in Promotional Products to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in vectorizing, redrawing, and modifying customer-provided artwork to meet production-ready standards for a wide range of promotional products. This role requires strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, with the ability to adapt designs based on product specifications, printing limitations, and branding requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Vectorize, redraw, clean up, and recreate low-resolution or non-editable artwork into high-quality, production-ready files.
• Modify customer artwork to meet minimum artwork requirements for various promotional products, including apparel, drinkware, bags, signage, and other branded merchandise.
• Prepare and optimize designs for different decoration methods such as screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, sublimation, heat transfer, and digital printing.
• Ensure artwork accuracy in sizing, color separation, bleed, resolution, and product template alignment.
• Use Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop extensively to create, edit, and enhance artwork based on client and production needs.
• Follow brand guidelines and customer specifications while maintaining design integrity.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and production teams to ensure artwork feasibility and timely completion.
• Review and proof designs for errors, quality issues, and production compatibility before final approval.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Artist, Production Artist, or similar role in promotional products, print, or branding industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is required.
• Strong knowledge of vector artwork, color correction, image tracing, and file preparation.
• Familiarity with promotional product decoration methods and print production standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially in artwork quality, specifications, and revisions.
• Ability to interpret customer instructions and transform concepts into accurate production files.
• Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with prepress, mockup creation, and product templates.
• Understanding of Pantone matching, CMYK/RGB color modes, and print limitations.
• Knowledge of additional Adobe Creative Suite tools is a plus.
