DCX PH Inc. is hiring a Home-Based AR/AP Data Entry Specialist to support day-to-day accounting for a US-based transportation and logistics company.

The role involves entering vendor invoices, processing check runs, invoicing clients, and following up on collections from a home-based setup in the Philippines. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting and at least 3 years of AP/AR experience, with strong English communication and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years accounting experience in AP/AR, billing, or collections.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts or US time zones.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables) and accounting software such as QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices into Syncore/QuickBooks.
• Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow.
• Invoice clients upon order completion and manage AR collections.
• Issue past-due notices and statements; support year-end financials.
• Post transactions accurately and assist Executive Team as needed.

In this role, you will support the company's day-to-day accounting operations by accurately recording vendor invoices, preparing weekly check runs, invoicing clients upon order completion, and following up on collections.
