• Complete and file required forms and verify identity/work authorization.
• Process background checks and clearance requirements as needed.
• Coordinate testing and credentialing for caregivers and staff.
• Maintain audit-ready personnel files in compliance with standards.
• Communicate with candidates throughout onboarding to ensure timely submission.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records per policy.
