Path Infotech Pte Ltd is seeking a Healthcare IT Project Coordinator to drive pre-assessment and implementation coordination for our healthcare facility projects. You will gather IT requirements, track submissions, and collate materials for submission, ensuring alignment with scope and funding timelines.

• Pre-assessment: Gather IT requirement for new healthcare facility.
• Pre-assessment: Track and review submissions from the various Application and Infrastructure Teams.
• Pre-assessment: Collate and compile for submission.
• Pre-assessment / Implementation: Work with various forums for approval paper and seeking funding approval including slides preparation.
• Pre-assessment/ Implementation: Ensure that new facilities programme is delivered against agreed scope and timeline
• Highlight any issues encountered and potential risks.
• Provide regular progress updates to Management.
• Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport.
• Liaise with project teams involved with New Facilities Programme implementation, application testing, preparation for go live and post go live support in accordance with project methodologies and policies.
