Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience.
• 3–5 years of healthcare operations experience preferred.
• Experience with IT projects or system implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity per PMO methods and governance.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, success measures, and resources with sponsors.
• Develop schedules, budgets, risk logs, and status reports.
• Provide timely executive updates to PMO leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
